Documentaries / series

  • Encounters (2023; Steven Spielberg documentary. Available on Netflix)

A four part series featuring first hand accounts of UAP and NHI encounters. Features greater detail on some already known stories along with new first hand accounts of stories not widely known or reviewed. It’s produced by Steven Spielberg, what more can we say?

  • The Phenomenon (2020 documentary; Available on Prime and elsewhere).

This is ideal if you’re more or less new to the subject and are just looking to wrap your mind around the idea that we might not be alone. There’s some good footage in here about contact and messages, though, as well. We highly recommend starting here.

  • UFO’s: Investigating the Unknown (5 episode series produced by National Geographic late 2022/early 2023; available on Hulu and elsewhere)

This is an excellent five-part series. It gets through the “we are not alone” part pretty quickly and moves into what we know and the nuts and bolts of the massive government cover-up that’s been going on for over 80 years. It’s created by Lesley Kean, the journalist who broke the major 2017 New York Times story. Excellently produced. I highly recommend this for anybody and everybody. If you don’t feel like you want or need the basic primer, start here, although The Phenomenon is also really well done.

  • The Lost Century….and How to Reclaim It (documentary, 2023) The latest by Dr. Steven Greer who has done a lot of work in the area of special access programs, and the reverse engineering programs that have yielded a lot of technology that has not been available to us, like ‘’free energy’’ that requires no precious earth resources and would eliminate the need for all polluting fuels.  While the geopolitical/economic ramifications for the world would be seismic, if this energy source were used in service of the collective it could be planet-saving.   • Moment of Contact (documentary, 2023)

Explores an ET (or NHI) extraterrestrial encounter that occurred in 1996 when citizens of Varginha, Brazil, reported seeing a UFO crash and interacted with one or more unusual beings. The Varginha case is regarded as the “Roswell of Brazil”.

  • Unidentified: UFO Encounters/ Inside America’s UFO Investigation (2019; Multi part series)

A six-part documentary series that explores the Pentagon's secret UAP program and its investigation into unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP). It follows a team of former government officials and military personnel, including Luis Elizondo, who seek to shed light on these enigmatic encounters and their potential implications for national security. Through interviews, declassified footage, and expert analysis, the series delves into some of the most perplexing and unexplained UAP sightings.

  • Ariel Phenomenon (documentary, 2022)

Focused on the UAP/NHI encounter witnessed by over sixty schoolchildren in 1994 in Ruwa Zimbabwe, it includes original footage from interviews conducted with the children and staff right after the event, public coverage of the event at that time, and current interviews with the children and staff who were there. It includes detailed description of the messages conveyed by the NHI who had contact with the children. 

  • Among Us (documentary, 2019)

Delves into the mysterious world of extraterrestrial encounters and UFO sightings. The film features in-depth interviews with experts, witnesses, and abductees, shedding light on the profound implications of these phenomena on human consciousness and society. With compelling (though more suggestive than definitive) evidence and thought-provoking insights, it challenges viewers to reconsider their perceptions of reality and the existence of intelligent life beyond our planet.

  • Close Encounters of the 5th Kind (documentary, 2020)

A scintillating, comprehensive introduction to the  phenomenon and its cosmological context.  One of the essentials.

  • UFO’s – The Greatest Story Ever (documentary, 2016)

Powerful assemblage of highly placed insiders, photographic and video evidence that captures the history and apparent reasons for the coverup.

    Note: There are dozens of documentaries at this point. This will give you a good starting point, however, and we are happy to recommend more if you find yourself curious about something in particular. You can also follow all of the recommended links on Prime and elsewhere to see what comes up.

    Please note that the quality and credibility of people in these documentaries has increased significantly over the past couple of years so documentaries older than about 2020 are much more likely to include the folks who have been studying this for very long time but who do not have the credibility of the many high level intelligence, military, private industry and pilot professionals we are seeing come forward now.

  • The UFO Rabbit Hole – Book One by Kelly Chase – Or, start here! A thorough, science-based introduction, and assessment, of current state of knowledge of UFO’s. May be the most comprehensive coverage yet of the subject.
