Preparing for disclosure
The primary factor in determining what will happen in our world is not control of capital, nor control of government, nor control of resources, nor control of weapons, but control of narrative. All the others follow from narrative control. Control the narrative, and you control where the weapons go, where the capital will go, where the resources will go, and what the government will do. Real power begins with narrative control. Understand this and you’ll understand why governments, plutocrats, and media behave the way they do.

Welcome to 2024!
I woke up on the morning of January 1, 2024 to news that Japan had experienced a large earthquake with a high number of casualties. The news just kept coming that week – – more bombs, the possibility of the war in the Middle East widening and deepening protest of the killing in Gaza, and expectations that 2024 will break even more climate records than 2023, (which based on the polar vortex fueled weather we had in Colorado last weekend, my guess is yes). And gosh, we would be remiss not to mention the aliens at the Miami mall. That was a New Year’s Day event, for anybody who’s keeping track.
In short, 2024 has started off to be quite the doozy!
2024 also kicked off a year that’s likely to be consequential in the disclosure process. While it’s impossible to know when formal disclosure of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) will occur, that it is coming is clear. There’s broad consensus in the UAP community about that, even among people who have been beating this drum for decades and decades. And, UAP-related phenomena have started making mainstream news enough to capture the attention of people who would not otherwise pay attention. Even the New York Times covered the hype recently and the Guardian ran a well-written and provocative piece entitled, ‘It only takes one to be real and it changes humanity forever’: what if we’ve been lied to about UFOs? The tone of the piece is nicely summed up in this included quote by Daniel Stubbings of Cardiff Metropolitan University:
If it is the case that there is no substance to the UFO/UAP issue beyond misperceptions, paranoia, delusions, hallucinations, gullibility and disinformation then the government, military and academic organisations need to openly and transparently look under every alleged rock in this topic… But they have chosen to do the exact opposite, which increases the suspicion that there is something to hide.
I know it seems kind of commonsense, but this statement reflects a huge tone shift in mainstream media which typically questions the sanity of anybody making UAP-linked claims.
Even with the growing momentum, however, given the powerful forces obstructing disclosure and the 80 years of experience they have in controlling the narrative (and everything else), the reality is that we are likely at least a few years away from full governmental disclosure (though it may come from other vectors, so who knows..).
No matter what happens, I hope you will take a moment to sit with the reality that no matter how long it takes, YOU are alive and aware in one of the most monumental moments in human history; a moment in which we collectively come to understand that we are part of a much larger and populated neighborhood, that life really is stranger than fiction.
Just let that sink in.
But, in light of the many shock and awe moments that will inevitably accompany official disclosure and all that comes after, using this time to prepare ourselves and anyone who finds themselves called to enhance awareness and serve as an educated source of knowledge in this time is exactly what we need to be doing.
So it is to this set of questions, “What can we do to prepare ourselves and others for disclosure?” which will be the subject of the next few UAP-Digest issues.
But first: Updates
In the UAP world, it was the passing of the Schumer amendment, with key provisions removed, that marked the highlight of the holiday season. Notably, the first version of the UAP Disclosure amendment was passed unanimously by the Senate intelligence community in July.
Yep, you read it right, unanimously – full bipartisan support.
The first version didn’t survive intact, however. In all fairness, nobody expected it to. The teeth of the amendment -- namely the 9-person panel with subpoena power and the eminent domain provision (this mandated that all technology linked to a UAP through acquisition or reverse engineering would need to be turned over to the government) -- were removed. The provision that survived was the requirement that all UAP-linked material over 25 years old and held within any US government agency have to be turned over to the National Archives by October 23, 2024, unless release is deemed to damage national security in some way.
This is a giant loophole that will be massively exploited. But, just the fact that there is an amendment by leading congressional members with the title UAP Disclosure Act is huge. And the gatekeepers will not be able to keep everything back -- the transfer of all records will require a historic compilation and consolidation that is bound to shake up (and down!) the secret keepers.
One upside is that the power struggle also clearly spotlighted key challengers, including Republicans Mike Turner-Oh, Mike Rogers-Al, Mike Johnson-LA, and Mitch McConnell-KY. Most of these men have potent military and/or financial ties to the defense industry. You can guarantee that there will be a continued spotlight on their DOD transactions, donations, and UAP-linked challenges. It also put UAP/UFOs back in the news (see here and here, for example) – an important part of the disclosure trajectory.
Perhaps the most impactful benefit of the behind-the-scenes tug-of-war is that it pissed off several policymakers and led to the creation of the bipartisan UAP Caucus with a clear intention to be sure that this topic is not swept under the rug during what is going to be a challenging (and also historic) election year.
As its first act (and announced by Rep Jamie Raskin, a newcomer to this topic but, along with AOC, representative of the Progressive wing currently taking interest) the UAP Caucus held its first closed House hearing on January 12, 2024.
Lawmakers were mixed on what they learned, but there seemed to be consensus that the briefing by the Intelligence Inspector General did move the conversation forward, largely by validating the credibility of Grusch’s claims and, most especially, letting lawmakers know where to look for the information they have been chasing.
“There’s something operating in our atmosphere, that is beyond what we know of physics; it’s beyond what we know is propulsion….We’re getting corroborating evidence for some of the information that was presented.” Rep Ogles
“There are certain locations that they've provided that we can certainly look into. That's what I'm looking forward to…. although it appears, based on conversations, that it’s not going to be easy to get access,” Rep Burlison
So, stay tuned to congressional action – it’s likely to continue heating up.
A few other recent events and highlights:
Jeremey Corbell released the “jellyfish” video, filmed using thermographic imaging on a US base, to widespread coverage. News Nation asked the DOD for a response, and, in their typical style, they obfuscated but they did not deny it and instead, expressed irritation that it had been leaked.
TMZ launched a three-part series called “UFO Revolution” – a great resource for general audiences.
David Grusch attended a private meeting with wealthy and well-connected individuals in New York City and reported that a US adversary may be preparing to disclose UAP to the world before the US does.
Dr. Steven Greer released an informative summary of the disclosure process that is worth listening to. Among other things, he announced the creation of a digital library that will hold all of the information he has acquired over the past 30 years. No matter what you think of Steven Greer, that will be a boon for all of us.
Lastly, one of the more interesting things that have unfolded over the past few months is that Daniel Sheehan, long-time UAP-linked lawyer and director of the New Paradigm Institute, has given several very interesting interviews (see here and here, for example) with an increasingly broad array of provocative statements. He notes, for example, that there is a concerted effort among the longstanding covert, criminal program he calls the “National Security State” and the “Deep State” (see minute 22 in the linked video) to associate UAP with fear (note that he also clarifies that the “deep state” that he references is not the same as that referenced by right-wing Republicans and QAnon adherents). Moreover, he suggests that one of the primary challenges to Disclosure comes from the aerospace industry which is using the recovered technology and concomitant science to create a first-strike missile that could reach an adversary, even China, or Russia, within two minutes – – before they had a chance to respond.
As Danny said: “When a pickpocket meets a Saint, all he sees are pockets”
NOT OKAY.
Countering the threat narrative is one more reason that grassroots educational efforts like this are needed. UAP-linked technology that evolves outside of public and congressional previews is a danger to everybody for exactly this reason. What an incredible waste it would be to use these technologies to wage war. That’s stupidity at its highest. It is time for the billions of us who want to see this planet and all of the life it hosts thrive, to subvert such a damaging and wasteful agenda.
So let’s do this!
Preparing ourselves for disclosure
Preparing for disclosure is not like preparing for anything else. It’s not even like preparing for the end of the world exactly, although that might get closer than anything else.
There will be many layers to this unfolding and it will affect every single area of life as we know it. Seriously, nothing will be untouched.
Perhaps the most challenging part about this is that it will ask every one of us to grapple with some of the most profound questions in life -- areas related to life beyond death, telepathy, and consciousness, the prospect of beings living in other dimensions, the possibility that there are beings that have resided on, around (and possibly in) this planet for millions of years before Homo sapiens, and human origins and history -- just to name a few. It will also open up massive questions related to technology, physics, and even the very nature of reality itself.
So, you can all understand why it’s a bit difficult to be fully prepared for this. But there’s lots we can do to get started and to expose ourselves to the more shocking angles of things before it becomes real (and before everybody we know melts down).
We will be delving into this for multiple issues of the digest, but here are a few things to get started with:
Get and stay educated.
As everybody reading this likely knows, there’s a boatload of confusing narratives out in the world related to UAP. As disclosure becomes a reality, it’s only going to get worse. Having a head start in teasing out what is known, possible, or wholly hypothetical is a first step.
We have put together a resources and key players document that we hope will help, but personal discernment will be critical. This is because you need ways of discerning what is true (or as close as we can get) once the (dis)(mis)information really starts to fly (it seems bad now but just wait!). This means finding trusted sources as well as strengthening your capacity to evaluate the information you encounter. If you’re reading this, you’re on your way, so keep going.
Remember that, as the resident UAP expert in your world you’re likely to be fielding questions as people find out that you know something so your efforts in this area will be well rewarded.
That said, it’s really important not to get too wedded to any particular story. Mixed in with the nuts and bolts of all of this, is the fact that it also pulls in all sorts of phenomena that modern humans have very little experience with. In short, this topic comes with a shitload of high strangeness.
Because of this, it’s likely that none of us will put the pieces together in the same way and that many puzzle pieces we place will need to be moved - perhaps repeatedly. And, many of us may pass from this earth before a reasonably accurate picture of what has occurred and what is true begins to fully emerge. We’ll just have to do our best for now and forgive ourselves and each other for whatever we get wrong.
Some of you are already well into the education process. If you just starting, though, it helps to become familiar with the cast of characters, basic storylines, and what we know with a reasonable degree of certainty, versus what remains hypothetical. A resource document is designed to provide some good starting places. We’ll try to keep it updated (and appreciate you passing along anything you find particularly helpful).
Understand that this topic is not just about hardware or non-human beings, it is fundamentally about consciousness, souls, telepathy, realities unknown to us, and pretty much every other kind of woo you can imagine.
As you have probably encountered by now, part of what makes this topic simultaneously extraordinarily compelling and extraordinarily scary is that it comes with all sorts of things most humans have never spent five minutes thinking about. While I imagine many of us reading this have always been interested in esoteric issues from one angle or another, all of us need to remember that the vast majority of humans don’t give any of this a single thought. And, many would love to keep it that way - thank you very much.
Add to this the monumental nature and volume of information that will accompany disclosure and it is clear that it will not simply engender surprise or disbelief, but will lead to existential reevaluation of everything we have taken for granted for millennia. In short, it will prompt all of us to redefine our understanding of humanity's place in the universe and everything we know about reality.
Individuals are likely to experience a range of psychological and emotional reactions, from wonder and excitement to radical fear and anxiety. The knowledge that we are not alone—and not the most advanced form of intelligence we can imagine—will undoubtedly lead to a collective identity crisis as well as a reevaluation of personal beliefs and values.
Disclosure will also lead to a questioning of what we know about physics, biology, and other fundamental sciences. It will challenge virtually all accepted scientific paradigms. While entirely new fields of science and technology are likely to evolve, with unimaginable and hopefully positive consequences, it’s going to be a bit of a mess beforehand.
It's worth calling out specifically that the ontological shock people experience will also extend to the philosophical and religious realms. Many belief systems will need to reinterpret their doctrines in light of the existence of other intelligent beings. This could lead to profound spiritual and existential questioning for individuals and institutions. Add to this the possibility Disclosure will be accompanied by information about humanity's previous interactions with NHI and it will be helpful to prepare yourself for disbelief, tears, and distress among friends and relatives as they take it all in.
Before you’re in the position of helping other people ingest all of these implications it will help to sit deeply with how you can best be with what it may all mean for the areas of life that you hold dear. This is a great time to start a journal if you don’t already have one.
3. Start or increase your capacity to broaden consciousness and ground yourself.
One of the clear knowns, grounded in a pile of first-person encounter testimony, is that NHI communicate telepathically. It’s how they communicate with humans and with each other. The whole concept will strike many people as rather odd, but it will advance humans in all sorts of areas and will be pivotal to broadening human consciousness.
We’ll talk more about this in an upcoming digest, but for now, if you can begin tuning into your subtle awarenesses and exposing yourself to concepts and practices that help you steady your mind and attend to the subtle, that will be helpful (Buddhist and /or Yogic teachings are especially helpful in this). Meditation, yoga practices, or other practices that require relaxed focus (Chi gong and other martial arts, for example) are all helpful in setting the stage for the kind of steady mind state that will be increasingly imperative as we move deeper into this experience.
A quick note: things you put in your body – – physically or energetically – – affect subtle awareness ability. Making sure you are living clean healthwise and resolving unresolved trauma, fear or “enemy” narratives, or rethinking behaviors that make you feel ashamed, depressed, anxious or any other constricting state are pivotal. be mindful of where you go and what you encounter online as well (this may be particularly important, actually).
Most of us will need to work through one or more barriers to a peaceful expanded mind and inner state before we begin to experience the more subtle expanded states we’re after, so please take the time you need to work through whatever you might be carrying around. You may want to hire a professional to help you if you know you have challenging spaces to go into. The payoffs will be fully worthwhile.
Once you get going, you may have experiences you don’t understand or that feel really “out there” – repeated synchronicities (strings of repeated numbers is a common one), wild, intense, or lucid dreams, highly creative and unusual ideas or telepathic communications (often images, symbols or words) from unknown vectors, for example. You may also have what’s called a “kundalini awakening” – – the experience of feeling energy moving up the channels of the spine, and/or a state of bliss, calm, or detachment.
Note that as you activate subtle awareness you may find yourself more sensitive to the environments in which you find yourself– – you may experience less tolerance for some of the spaces you used to reside in quite comfortably. It’s a bit like developing a highly refined palette for wine – – you begin to notice subtleties in flavoring and some things you used to not notice become distasteful.
All of these are normal and exciting but can also be extraordinarily disorienting; it is imperative that you find tried and true ways to ground yourself. This can be through regular meditation, guided visualization (for this case, it can be very good to visualize a cord going down from you deep into the Earth), regular meditation, grounding on the Earth (like literally having your feet make a connection with the Earth), steady deep breathing for a sustained period and/or connection with anybody you find steady and stabilizing in your life.
Expanding consciousness is powerful, important in light of the current epoch and positively reinforcing, but it must be accompanied by grounding so don’t forget this part of the practice as you work to expand subtle awareness. 4. Find community
This is intense stuff. Given the amount of mis- and disinformation, the serious high strangeness factor, and the impending cataclysmic changes in life we are facing, having community will be imperative. Fortunately, a growing number of people, like those of us in the UAP-D community, are finding ourselves drawn to this topic, are getting educated, and are looking for other people to talk to about what we are learning, grappling with, and arriving at. All of the UAP digest team members have a small, but growing number of people that we talk to about all of this, but it was also our hope to create a community here for ourselves and for you.
As we enter into the disclosure era, it is likely to be all of us who are called on to help our friends and family understand what the hell is going on. Having other people you can caucus with will be essential so do whatever you can to find the folks in your life who may want to take this journey with you (or, perhaps unbeknownst to you already are taking this journey with you!).
